A: There is no minimum dollar amount or minimum order quantity on most custom products. There is a minimum order of one denomination (i.e., bundle, case, etc.) on all stock items. Q: How long does it take to get credit approval?
A: Credit approval is dependent on references returning the required paperwork. Once returned the process for approval normally only takes 1-2 days. In certain cases it may take a little longer.
Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, samples on most stock items are free. Contact our stock box division www.argrov.com for more information. Samples for custom items are usually approved prior to a production run as determined by the item and discussions with your Sales Representative.
Q: Does N-Stock Box accept returns?
A: We will honor most returns if completed within 45 days of purchase.
The exceptions include-
● Products damaged during return shipment
● Custom items
● Make and Ship items
● Discounted items
● Special priced items
● Large quantity orders for small volume items
● Incorrect orders
Only unopened bundles/packages will be accepted. Bundle quantities can be found on our Web Site. A 15% restocking charge will apply. All returns must be insured and the freight prepaid.
Procedure: Contact us for an authorization number prior to returning any products. Returns should be shipped F.O.B. destination. Title, risk of loss and damage during transit belong to customer until delivery by carrier to N-Stock Box. Upon inspecting the returned product(s), we will determine the amount of credit or refund. If we make a mistake by shipping the wrong product or quantity, then upon verification, we will assume complete responsibility in order to rectify the situation to your complete satisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged products – Proof of shipment damage may require a photo.
Product(s) damaged during return shipment will be photographed and sent to you as proof of damage. We will call you within two business days upon receipt of the damaged product(s). At that time, we will inform you of any monetary adjustments.
To reduce the possibility of shipment damage, please wrap or protect the returned item(s) in a reasonably protective manner similar to the packaging method(s) used by N-Stock Box.
Defective products will be replaced at our cost as quickly as possible.
Procedure: Contact us as soon as possible regarding any defective products so that we can make arrangements to pick up the product(s) in question and to replace it with similar product(s) that meets our quality inspection and box/packaging industry standards.
Credits or Refunds
Credits will automatically be issued upon receipt of returned products, unless you request a refund.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: When do you need to receive your order? Our normal delivery time on custom orders is 5-7 working days. However quick turnaround is our specialty and we will produce your boxes in the time frame you require, sometimes in 24 hours or less! Stock items are normally delivered the next day.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: You can reach us between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. EST/EDST, Monday thru Friday, except holidays.
Q: Are your boxes in stock?
A: We have a large selection of boxes and packaging supplies in stock and ready for immediate shipment. All stock items are automatically reordered when inventories run low in order to maintain an adequate supply on hand. If we run out of a particular item we will have it back in stock within 1-2 days.
Q: Are your boxes environmentally friendly?
A: Corrugated products are produced from renewable resources and they are recycled more than any other packaging material. All of the waste and scrap produced at our facility is recycled.
